Guest Service Agent

Niccolo Chengdu

Responsibility

  • Provide warm, friendly and efficient check-in for arriving guests, completing all hotel check-in procedures, with appropriate room allocation, paying special attention to any special room requests from guests.
  • Hotel Tour for all the Patrons of the hotel if necessary.
  • Perform accurate shift audit balance to ensure all postings have been balanced and all backup document and completed forms with authorizing signatures are attached and submitted for night auditor's night balance and check.
  • Completed other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' college education.
  • Good command of communication and coordination.
  • Good written and oral English proficiency, possess good interpersonal and guest contact skills, able to lead by example with leadership and motivating abilities, able to communicate well with all levels.
  • Flexibility and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Be honesty and strong service sense.
