• Develop a construction plan and report to DOE.
• Master technology development and upgrade.
• Make a perfect spare parts consumption system to avoid waste.
• Increase protects maintenance system and reduces failure rate.
• Develop a patrol system to avoid energy waste.
• Change the energy saving measures according to the energy report. 
• Saving energy fee by Applying new technology. 
• Make sure it is reasonable to purchase by check the brand, quantity.
• Improve the storage manage system and make a purchase plan.
• Quality control.
• Improve card mount guard for special job system. 
• Improve job responsibility system、hand-over system and computer manage system.
• Make policies and procedures.
• File personal data.
• Manning and fee control.
• Assist department job description and recruitment.
• Accumulate the technical documents and file it.
• Make a technical use system and charge by assigned person.
• Attend daily brief or temporary meetings.
• Hold engineering daily brief if DOE is not in.
• Responsible for the technical and management training.
• Assist DOE coordinate the relationship between inside or outside.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• University or specialist hospitality or communications school. Could be open to a typical profiles              • Knowledge of the hotel environment
