Beverage Manager

The Murray Hong Kong

Responsibility

•    Develop creative beverage menus and play a crucial role in overseeing the beverage services for all hotel outlets including restaurants, bars, events and in-room dining
•    Monitor beverage revenue and expenses, manage budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify growth opportunities and cost savings
•    Ensure consistent high-quality beverage service across all outlets and maintain rigorous standards for drink preparation, presentation, and guest interaction
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive beverage sales and enhance brand visibility
•    Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and hotel policies related to alcohol service
•    Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Qualifications

•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
•    Holder of WSET Level 2 or above is preferred
•    Proven track record of successfully managing beverage programs and achieving financial targets
•    Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails. Certified Sommelier or mixology certification is a plus
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
