Responsibility

• Stay ahead of technology trends and applications to identify opportunities for enhancing productivity and eliminate/reduce manual work procedures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to propose and evaluate technology ideas that address operational challenges.
• Define the technology development roadmap for automation, AI applications, outlining RPA tasks and implementation plans.
• Lead project teams to execute technology initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Build and maintain a robust network with professional organizations to acquire new technologies and foster collaborative opportunities.
• Partner with various business teams to implement technology with the objective to enhance process automation, while providing foundational training to colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, working directly with end-users, RPA and AI experience.
• General understanding of hotel operations is an advantage however not a must for the role.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions including RPA, AI, robotics, etc.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, well-organized and good team spirit.
