Director of Communications

Responsibility
- Draft the PR Plan according to the guidance of Communications Director.
- Keep updated Hotel e-customer database (for Rooms, RB&E and Spa), and propose solutions for a better customer information management.
- Collect feedback from the Director of Sales & Marketing on competitor’s promotion, to give advice on the regional and tailor made promotion.
- Communicate with the brand team to achieve effective channel activities for each brand and identify needs of each channel.
- Follow the deadline closely re production of artworks and printed materials.
- Assist in compiling press clipping, route and compile file in hard and soft copies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining contact with local media, community, trade associations and government bodies.
- Prepare press release for any promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' college education.
- Minimum 3 years' experience.
