Director of Human Resources

Responsibility
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to organizational development, succession planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and staff relations.
- Drive a culture of growth, service excellence, and positive employee relations.
- Formulate and implement the hotel’s human resources strategies to align with business objectives.
- Ensure hotel operations adhere to brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conceptualize and implement HR initiatives that add value to the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Approximately 5 years of experience as a Director of Human Resources
- Extensive experience in the luxury market
- Budget management expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills
