Group Director Global Sales

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead the global sales team, setting targets, and providing mentorship to ensure team members are effectively contributing to the company's goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and stakeholders across different regions.
- Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and products.
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee, develop and activate the use of company-wide programmes and tools related to the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee the management of global sales budgets, forecasts, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on global sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in sales, with a significant portion in a global or international context.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a global market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different time zones.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
