Guest Relation Agent

Responsibility
- Check the shift record, know the last shift transfer matters, and responsible for handling.
- Familiar with booking information, understand the guest mood, especially to remember is to store the names of the VIP, regular customers, understanding of hotel all activities.
- Familiar with the hotel's policies on room sales, promote rooms to guests and strive for the best economic benefits.
- Proficient in various professional services and skills of the front desk, good customer service.
- Proficient in information inside and outside the hotel, to provide accurate inquiry services.
- Responsible for the check-in and check -out of hotel guests.
- Prepare relevant reports and provide accurate reception information to other departments.
Qualifications
- College degree or above, good English, relevant working experience.
- Cheerful personality, flexible mind, practical work, with a strong sense of service, sales awareness and responsibility.
- Good looks and good health.
- Proficient in computer operation.
