RB Sales Manager

Marco Polo Parkside, Beijing

Responsibility

  • Under the leadership of RB&E Director, work closely with all departments to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor sales volume, adjust sales activities, and achieve planned targets.
  • Communicate with conference related departments to get sales information and support.
  • Implement sales plans within the department's annual budget.
  • Create a temporary schedule to record sales activities for the previous month. Collect and file daily sales visits.
  • Need to keep abreast of market information, understand the business dynamics of social catering and hotel catering market, make suggestions to the director of catering, and assist in the formulation of promotion strategies.
  • Customer relationship development and maintenance, actively do a good job of customer return visits, expand the enterprise brand.
  • Design sales model, assist the department to manage sales statistics and sales analysis.
  • Maintain close contact with existing potential customers and partners, collect customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies. Keep information about former and current potential customers.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications

Education
College or above    

Experience
With experience in hotel catering sales position, able to carry out overall marketing work in combination with industry characteristics.        

Others
Strong judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability.
