Restaurants, Bars & Events Sales Executive
Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel
Responsibility
- Collaborate with all Outlet Managers on long-term planning, actual bookings, and oversight function service to enhance guest satisfaction based on feedback from all events
- Assist Event Sales Manager with administrative tasks
- Engage with potential and corporate guests regularly to secure new and repeat business
- Respond to guest inquires promptly and discuss details in a professional manner by exceeding guests’ expectation
- Consolidate promotions for various outlets and proactively engage with companies by conducting sales blitz every two months
- Assist in preparing event proposals and event orders
- Ensure accuracy of Table Check settings and maximize the use of the individual databases created by each venue
Qualifications
- Higher diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Business Administrations or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
