Senior Purchasing Officer
Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel
Responsibility
- Proactively explore new sources of products and suppliers
- Responsible for price negotiation, process purchase orders and confirm delivery with the suppliers
- Administrate purchasing documents and records
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve purchasing issues
- Attend hygiene audit for the supplier when necessary
Qualifications
- Certificate in Purchasing Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
- Knowledge of SCM system
- Proactive, well-organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
- With good integrity and negotiation skill
- Well versed in written English and Chinese
