Senior Technical Supervisor
Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel
Responsibility
- Maintain the efficiency and standard of all operating equipment and all trades of building facilities
- Monitor daily work orders and planned maintenance services to ensure they are completed properly and timely
- Prepare reports for daily repair and maintenance works
- Ensure the fire and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Coordinate with internal departments and outsiders to achieve a smooth operation
- Prepare colleagues roster and organize shifts
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering such as Building Services, Electrical, AirConditioning, Mechanical or other related discipline
- Working experience in luxury hotels, with at least 3 years in supervisory level
- Holder of Safety Card and certification of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good supervision and communications skills
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Shift duty is required
