职责
- Operational:
- Have general knowledge of food technique.
- Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to service.
- Supervise and take active part in cleaning kitchen chillers to ensure that is clean and safe for operation.
- Ensure that the suppliers are picked up in time.
- Be familiar with kitchen equipments.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Other Duties
- Exercise responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing
- the hotel management team.
- Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Colleague Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Respond to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
资格条件
Education: Secondary School and Chinese Professional Cooking SchoolCertification: Chinese profession cooking school
Experience: Minimum 2 years experiences as Chinese cook or sous chef; hotel experience is preferred but not required
Other: Could fullfill the woking request for operation.
