职责

  • Operational:
  • Have general knowledge of food technique.
  • Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to service.
  • Supervise and take active part in cleaning kitchen chillers to ensure that is clean and safe for operation.
  • Ensure that the suppliers are picked up in time.
  • Be familiar with kitchen equipments.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Other Duties 
  • Exercise responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing
  • the hotel management team.
  • Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Colleague Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  • Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  •  Respond to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

资格条件

Education: Secondary School and Chinese Professional Cooking School
Certification: Chinese profession cooking school
Experience: Minimum 2 years experiences as Chinese cook or sous chef; hotel experience is preferred but not required
Other: Could fullfill the woking request for operation.
