职责
- Report to Area Director Human Resources, take responsibility in the Human Resources function of the three Marco Polo hotels included but not limited to manpower planning, quality and pro-active recruitment, competitive compensation and benefits
- Lead and guide a team of HR colleague to complete daily operational tasks
- Responsible for all-rounded Compensation & Benefits functions, including monthly payroll, attendance and leave management, final payment, pension scheme administration, staff movements, on/off-boarding arrangements, handle staff’s enquiries related to C&B issues
- Prepare different kinds of regular report for analysis and management review
- Participate in annual budget, bonus and salary review exercises
- Responsible for HR related insurance renewal, such as Medical Insurance and Employee Compensation Insurance (ECI)
- Monitor the reporting of work injury cases, identify and implement preventive measures
- Assist in C&B projects and other ad-hoc assignments when required
资格条件
- Degree in Hospitality Management/ Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of C&B experience, preferably in hospitality
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
- Strong numerical sense and detail-minded
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Excel
