人力资源经理 (薪酬与福利)

职责

  • Report to Area Director Human Resources, take responsibility in the Human Resources function of the three Marco Polo hotels included but not limited to manpower planning, quality and pro-active recruitment, competitive compensation and benefits
  • Lead and guide a team of HR colleague to complete daily operational tasks
  • Responsible for all-rounded Compensation & Benefits functions, including monthly payroll, attendance and leave management, final payment, pension scheme administration, staff movements, on/off-boarding arrangements, handle staff’s enquiries related to C&B issues
  • Prepare different kinds of regular report for analysis and management review
  • Participate in annual budget, bonus and salary review exercises
  • Responsible for HR related insurance renewal, such as Medical Insurance and Employee Compensation Insurance (ECI)
  • Monitor the reporting of work injury cases, identify and implement preventive measures
  • Assist in C&B projects and other ad-hoc assignments when required

资格条件

  • Degree in Hospitality Management/ Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of C&B experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • Strong numerical sense and detail-minded
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Excel
