Learning & Development Manager

Responsibility
- Establish all training courses required for Hotel operation
- Recruit qualified instructors for the Training
- Organize Monthly Training Schedules
- Set-up special training courses and corporate programs as required
- Maintain training facilities in good conditions
- Assist Director of Human Resources in formulating the Annual Training Plan/Budget
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in International Hotel Training Department in which 2 years in supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of Hotel Training procedures & policies; strong in interpersonal relation
