Learning & Development Manager

Responsibility

  • Establish all training courses required for Hotel operation
  • Recruit qualified instructors for the Training
  • Organize Monthly Training Schedules
  • Set-up special training courses and corporate programs as required
  • Maintain training facilities in good conditions
  • Assist Director of Human Resources in formulating the Annual Training Plan/Budget
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in International Hotel Training Department in which 2 years in supervisory capacity
  • Knowledge of Hotel Training procedures & policies; strong in interpersonal relation
