Accounts Receivable Assistant

Responsibility
Provide financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. Responsibilities include processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting day‑to‑day office operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer all City Ledger transactions to its proper account on a daily basis.
- Collating of City Ledger transfers and ensure that documents such as Guest Folio with signature, LOA, Booking Order, Purchase Order and guest Registration card & ID are all attached.
- Prepare Statement of Account.
- Transfer all City Ledger transactions to Credit & Collection to be delivered to various companies.
- Ensure the correctness and completeness of all Credit Card transactions to avoid Chargeback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in income audit, accounting, or a similar finance role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and administrative procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
