Assistant Communications Manager

Responsibility
- Prepare advertisement requisitions and advertisement copies according to the monthly media schedule.
- Assist in effective implementation of marketing communications plan.
- Assist in sending different press release to suitable media in order to increasing hotel exposure.
- Assist in coordinating and executing production of all printed materials in-house, or with the assistance of advertising agencies following the specifications. Control quantities and inventory of all collateral items.
- Assist in compiling press clipping, route and compile file in hard and soft copies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining contact with local media, community, trade associations and government bodies.
- Follow the deadline closely re production of artworks and printed materials.anager
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' college education.
- Minimum 2 years' experience.
