Assistant Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events

Responsibility
- In charge of all aspects pertaining to the hotel’s restaurants, bars and events including operations, sales, marketing, revenues and profitability
- Establish and maintain effective and positive colleague relations, client support and operating standards in Restaurants, Bars & Events
- Review overall Restaurants, Bars & Events financial results and profitability, projected business, problem-solving, quality improvements, sales and publicity improvements and productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in hospitality industry with similar positions
- Mature, independent, tactful with good interpersonal & communication Skills
- Strong drive to achieve results and willingness to proactively improve ways of working and services are essential
