Assistant Purchasing Officer

Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel

Responsibility

  • Proactively explore new sources of products and suppliers
  • Responsible for price negotiation, process purchase orders and confirm delivery with the suppliers
  • Administrate purchasing documents and records
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve purchasing issues
  • Attend hygiene audit for the supplier when necessary

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SCM system is preferred
  • Proactive, wellorganized, selfmotivated and able to meet deadlines
  • With good integrity and negotiation skill
  • Well versed in written English and Chinese
  • Less experience will be considered as Purchasing Clerk
