- Work closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
- Ensure that RB&E colleagues work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
- Present menu to guest, answer guest inquiries and offer food, beverage and service suggestion.
- Make order according to the procedures set and serve guests food and drink.
- Fully conversant with all aspects of the Infrasys System.
- Ensure all food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities are maintained according to department operation manual.
- Record the guest order and provide products and services, without undue delay.
- Be able to make suggestions on the menu that might suit guests of different nationalities.
- Report all difficulties and problems to captain, assistant manager, having them follow through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Ensure par stock level of all items and guest supplies according to hotel requirement.
- Ensure well prepare before the meal according to requirement and operation need.
- Ensure that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.
- Prepare and serve the cocktail based on the request.
- In the special promotion or activity, assist the setup and decoration.
- Ensure that all drinks are kept in a suitable temperature.
- Ensure that all cups are clean and light.
- Assist in the bar and keep accurate inventory records.
- Replenish beverage for the bar.
- Support, demonstrate and reinforce the Niccolo Hotels Values and Culture Characteristics.
- To maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.
- Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Colleague Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Respond to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
- Exercise responsible behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel and Marco Polo International.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- To contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Hotel.
- To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent.
- 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
