Responsibility

• Assists in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Bar, in accordance with hotel standards, to guarantee the outlet's success and profitability.
• Ensures all staff uphold the brand promise and consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, and follows through to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Prepares and serves a variety of cocktails as per standard recipes and guest requests.
• Assists in setting up and decorating the outlet according to the specific theme during special promotions or events.
• Attends required training sessions and meetings.
• Performs any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above, preferably in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Tactful and diplomatic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
