Bartender
Prince Hotel, Hong Kong
Responsibility
- Provide supervision to bartenders in ensuring that the operations can be smooth and efficient.
- Create cocktail recipes and make drinks for guests according to recipe unless otherwise instructed by guest.
- Provide training for bartenders and assist the manager in training new personnel.
- Familiar with the drinks menu and know the ingredients and method of preparing any drinks in the correct and standard procedure. It is important to be prompt and efficient in realizing any drinks on menu.
- Knowledgeable of the a la carte menu so that proper recommendations can be given to guests.
- Keep accurate count of the wine cellar and bar inventory.
- Able to multitask and work even under pressure.
Qualifications
- Secondary school.
- Bartending school certificate is an advantage.
- Minimum 35 years of bartending experience or in hotel indusrty is an adventage.
- Good command speak and written English, Cantonese and Madarin.
