Responsibility

1. Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the Bar Operation ensuring that the outlet operates successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
2. Ensure that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
3. Ensure that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
4.Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
5.Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
6.Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
7.Embrace all the Forbes and WHM standards of Niccolo Hotels Global expectations and make sure these are all in place in the RB&E outlets.
8.Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
9.Takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.
10. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

1.High School graduate or above，hotel Management or equivalent.。
2.Catering school certificate is an advantage.
3.1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
