Bell Attendant

Responsibility
1. Handle the delivery of luggage, newspapers, mails, documents and other items in the hotel, providing warm welcome to all patrons to the hotel when on duty. Well known and update the city information, such as shopping mall, restaurants, entertainment, scenic spots etc., enable to provide timely accurate city insider information to guest.2. Attendant to hotel main entrance and City insider counter to greet and assist guests at all times.
3. Control the traffic at the hotel front entrance area, ensure hotel is well represented at the hotel main entrance.
4. Actively assist all guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage delivery during guest check-ins and check-outs.
5. Ensure the safe delivery of all hotel and guest items to the stipulated destinations and maintain proper hotel records of the delivery information according to hotel policy and procedures.
6. Well know Niccolo Insider Information and hotel information, familiar with and updated IFS promotion information, provide assistance and directions to all hotel patrons.
7. Assist the Niccolo Insider Shift Leader when the Niccolo Insider counter is busy and ensure all guest requests are met with satisfaction.
8. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
1.High School2.Hotel Bell Services experience preferred.
