Catering Sales Manager

Marco Polo Parkside, Beijing

Responsibility

  • Oversee the sales and booking of banquets, meetings, exhibitions, etc., in their entirety.
  • Be responsible for engaging with new customers, building connections, and establishing strong customer relationships.
  • Efficiently identify and manage sales leads; collect and analyze critical industry information and data.
  • Prepare required contracts and agreements based on customers needs.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to reasonably manage client requirements and expectations.
  • Achieve individual business targets and team sales goals.
  • Finalize all details related to meeting and banquet bookings, from the initial stage through to the final settlement.
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers and coordinate other details with relevant departments.
  • Prepare event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and customers satisfaction.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and cooperate closely with other departments.

Qualifications

  • Education:  College or above    
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role; strong communication skills.
  • Others:   Ability to gain insights into the market environment and develop new customers.
