Chief Steward

Responsibility
- Oversee daily sanitation operations, including dish room operations, night cleaning, and maintenance of all kitchen and storage areas.
- Manage a team of stewards and kitchen attendants.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and operating equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, local health regulations, food handling, and sanitation standards.
- Work closely and strategically with the Executive Chef, culinary team, and Restaurants, Bars & Events teams to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience as Chief Steward or in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and health regulations in food service.
