Concierge Clerk

Responsibility

Concierge Clerk is responsible in supervising the Bellman and Doorman’s daily performance to ensure the smooth and normal operation of the section and the implementation of all Bell Service tasks. Enhance all luggage are delivered/collected accurately, efficiently and on time. Maintain proper records of luggage, parcels or letters kept at Concierge for guests. Provide information as requested by guests or patrons.
  • Oversees all Bell Service operations, including luggage handling, storage, messaging, newspapers, mail, transportation assistance, and guest information services.
  • Supervises, trains, schedules, and monitors Bell Service staff while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
  • Ensures accurate recording, safekeeping, and prompt delivery of guest luggage, parcels, messages, and special requests.
  • Coordinates lobby event updates, promotes hotel transportation services, and supports revenue generation initiatives.
  • Provides up-to-date tourist, customs, and immigration information, assists guests as needed, and performs other duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years relevant experience in Bell Service, Concierge, or Front Office operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of hotel operations, local attractions, transportation, and guest service standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
