Responsibility

Follow the instruction of Pastry Chef and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard

Responsible for production of food items under guidance of Kitchen Section Head

Enforce safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen
Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments

Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage

Good command of Chinese and fair command of English
