Responsibility
1.Responsible for establishing and maintaining all department files and records; regularly inspect and update file records.2.Responsible for daily work reports.
3.Responsible for receiving, sending and translating all documents, faxes, emails and memos.
4.Responsible for answering office calls, recording daily telephone logs, and conveying information.
5.Organize and control office supplies and stationery, and maintain a proper inventory of office supplies as required.
6.Responsible for sorting out, printing all department-related information and delivering it to supervisors.
7.Responsible for taking minutes of department meetings and daily regular meetings.
8.Supervise department attendance and scheduling records, and submit monthly attendance reports.
9.Report the implementation of policies and procedures to the manager irregularly.
10.Ensure all information is kept confidential and not disclosed to unauthorized parties.
