Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibility

1.Under the general guidance and supervision of Director of Communications, to handle the development, co-ordination, execution and consolidation of all marketing activities through Electronic Distribution Channels.
2.The role also includes maintaining strong relationship with internet operators and third parties to maximise business opportunities in this specific area while maintaining the overall brand standards set forth on corporate directions.
3.Act as the primary point of contact for distribution marketing to hotels to ensure all opportunities for greater channel contribution are maximized.  Lead and review the work of the hotel distribution marketing initiative by providing mentoring, technical guidance and/or training in daily activities.
4.Direct all business development activity under distribution marketing focused on the assigned market segments (Transient & TPIs). 。
5.Increase the Hotels online presence via strategic partnerships, e.g., travel portals, lifestyle sites, etc.。
6.Assist hotels in the review and recommendation of potential 3rd-party web listings and partnerships.  Follow up on listings, exposure, marketing initiatives. 
7.Increase hotel rooms e-marketing opportunities 
8.Ensure that e-Direct Marketing campaigns are based on relevant customer segmentation and targeted recipients.
9.To collect feedback from the Director of Sales & Marketing on competitors promotion, to give advice on the regional and tailor made promotion
10.Responsible for managing, executing and sustaining the brand in all web and social environments as well as creating, implementing and maintaining web pages on our websites and all social sites.

Qualifications

1.University graduate or equivalent. 
2.3 years progressive work-related experience in Digital Marketing management.
