Responsibility

• Work with the Director of Marketing and Sales and the Director of Catering to develop the catering and banquet sales plan.
• Assist in the development of hotel marketing strategy and assist in the development and promotion of new products and services.
• Develop and execute sales plans to increase business volume and increase catering and banquet revenue.
• Prevent and deal with guest concerns. Negotiate with the client to ensure that the needs of the guest are met while at the same time realizing the hotel's profits.
• Maintain effective and appropriate communication with clients while presenting a professional image and working style.
• Have a high level of knowledge of the hotel's products and services in order to better promote the hotel's services and facilities to guests.
• Establish appropriate administrative and communication rules and procedures in accordance with the objectives and direction of the hotel.
• Visit potential customers, develop and maintain cooperative relationships with customers.
• Comply with the hotel's employee code. Comply with hotel policies and procedures. Constantly analyze and evaluate your own performance.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Education:  College or above    
• Experience: At least 3 years of sales position management experience in 5-star hotel.
• Others:  Good English, proficient in office software, dares to take responsibility, strong executive force, organisational and management skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills.
