Responsibility

• Oversee the financial management and assure control is in place
• Maintain proper internal control over revenue and expenses of all departments
• Coordination with General Manager, Wharf Hotels Management and Owner on financial aspects
• Ensure all necessary books and records are being properly maintained as required by law
• Monitor the financial performance of all departments and advise the management of any remedial actions required
• Prepare statistical analysis as required by the management
• Prepare annual budget for approval, develops and maintains proper budgetary control
• Co-ordination for All License Application and Government Statistics

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in medium to large scale international hotels, 5 years in a similar position
• Thorough understanding of hotel operations and good analytical skills, strict, firm and calm
• Certification in Accounting technical skills (Preferred but not required)
• University degree with oral and written fluency in Chinese and English
