Responsibility

•    Direct and manage the entire finance department, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
•    Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and enhance profitability.
•    Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives to ensure effective financial performance.
•    Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, along with corporate policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity.
•    Act as a key business partner to senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
•    Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
•    Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 7 years in a senior management position. Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for the Deputy Director of Finance role.
•    Strong knowledge of financial software and hotel accounting standards.
•    Adept in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, with a focus on driving results through strategic planning.
•    Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performance finance team.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
•    A certified accountant (CPA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
