Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events

Responsibility
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for restaurants, bars, and events to enhance visibility, drive customer engagement, and maximize revenue.• Monitor and manage financial performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
• Uphold and enhance brand standards, ensuring consistency and alignment with our positioning to be the leader in contemporary chic lifestyles, inspired by the worlds of fashion, art and luxury
• Ensure exceptional service and food quality across all venues, adhering to Forbes five-star standards and integrated management systems.
• Oversee the planning and execution of pop-up events, ensuring they align with brand values and attract target audiences.
• Ensure all operations comply with brand standard and legal requirements.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in leading Food and Beverage Department in luxury hotels, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.• Extensive understanding of international dining and hospitality trends, with strong insights into the Hong Kong market; experience with Michelin-starred establishments and Forbes-rated venues preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and with exceptional ability to manage financial outcomes, including revenue generation and profitability.
• Proven track record in developing strategic marketing plans, menu innovation, event planning, and enhancing guest experiences.
• Solid ability to motivate and manage diverse teams to achieve high performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
