Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events

The Murray Hong Kong

Responsibility

•    Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for restaurants, bars, and events to enhance visibility, drive customer engagement, and maximize revenue.
•    Monitor and manage financial performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
•    Uphold and enhance brand standards, ensuring consistency and alignment with our positioning to be the leader in contemporary chic lifestyles, inspired by the worlds of fashion, art and luxury
•    Ensure exceptional service and food quality across all venues, adhering to Forbes five-star standards and integrated management systems.
•    Oversee the planning and execution of pop-up events, ensuring they align with brand values and attract target audiences.
•    Ensure all operations comply with brand standard and legal requirements.
 

Qualifications

•    Minimum of 10 years’ experience in leading Food and Beverage Department in luxury hotels, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
•    Extensive understanding of international dining and hospitality trends, with strong insights into the Hong Kong market; experience with Michelin-starred establishments and Forbes-rated venues preferred.
•    Strong financial acumen and with exceptional ability to manage financial outcomes, including revenue generation and profitability.
•    Proven track record in developing strategic marketing plans, menu innovation, event planning, and enhancing guest experiences.
•    Solid ability to motivate and manage diverse teams to achieve high performance.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
