Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of RB&E; in large property. Preopening experience would be an advantage.
  • Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Catering school certificate is an advantage.
