Responsibility

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Events Team while collaborating closely with Rooms Division, Restaurants, Bars & Events, and other revenue-generating departments to maximize business opportunities and revenue.

• Oversee and ensure the smooth, efficient, and effective operation of the Events Team.

• Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies, action plans, and initiatives to drive business growth.

• Achieve and exceed the annual sales targets for Corporate Meetings, Rooms, and Events revenue.

• Ensure all sales activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy and that hotel initiatives are effectively implemented to support business objectives.

• Monitor and analyze local, regional, and international market trends, as well as competitor activities, to maintain the hotel's competitive position and identify new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, and colleagues through effective communication, collaboration, and positive engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Hospitality or Events Management.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sizable hotels, including managerial experience.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• Strong skills in communication, leadership and well organized.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
