Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibility
- Responsible for proposing and formulating the hotel sales plan according to the hotel's short-term and long-term business objectives and market conditions.
- Research and grasp domestic and foreign tourism market dynamics and customer potential demand, adjust sales strategy.
- Maintain close contact with superior tourism management departments, travel agencies, large group companies, government and other departments, and establish long-term, stable and good cooperative relations with various customers.
- Responsible for the publicity and promotion of the hotel, actively participate in the renewal, transformation and portfolio development of hotel products, and improve the reputation and influence of the hotel.
- Guide the hotel's internal and external advertising activities, and formulate the hotel's short-term and long-term promotion plans.
- Establish good collaboration with all departments, listen to customers extensively and handle major complaints to ensure the implementation of sales plans.
- Review daily business reports, understand the hotel room occupancy rate, operation, reception, organize and coordinate operation departments, and receive VIP guests in accordance with regulations.
- Participate in the development of the department's annual budget, business and financial plans.
- Keep an eye on and collect the information of competitors in the same industry, analyze the development trend of hotel and tourist market, seek competitive advantages, formulate specific pricing strategies and sales targets, develop and effectively implement strategies and plans, and increase market share.
- Responsible for the construction and management of the department, and reasonable supervision of the team's labor efficiency.
- Formulate the job responsibilities and supervise and check the subordinates to strictly implement the requirements.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
Qualifications
- Education: College or above
- Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing and sales management position.
- Others: Have a deep understanding of marketing; Have a strong market perception ability, keen grasp of the market field dynamics, market direction ability, close media relationships.
