Director of Sales

Responsibility
- Assist in obtaining market intelligence and monitoring competitors sales promotion and activities
- Closely keep in touch with tour operators and wholesalers and coordinate with them for any special requirements, assist sales to handle the booking issue of room sales
- Maintain an efficient customer filing system and to ensure all sales activity is managed effectively
- Ensure all travel industry related sales activities is managed efficiently; ensure all group bookings are handled and updated accurately and on a timely basis
- Attend local functions, trade shows and promotion to maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in all markets
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing function in the travel industry, including 1 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Aggressive; initiative; self-confident; established relationship with commercial and industry customers
- University degree with oral and written fluency in Chinese and English
