Responsibility

• Be responsible for implementation of policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure the correct operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services.
• Provide technical support and advice as necessary and assist with the fault diagnosis.
• Arrange maintenance service and follow maintenance requests from each department.
• Assume responsibility for monitoring services, plant and building performance.
• Maintain Duty Log Book, and follow up with incomplete work immediately.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written English proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels.
• Technical vocational institute or secondary education or above.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge and skills of M&E systems.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a 5-Star hotel as relevant position, preferably international hotels.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
