Duty Engineer

Responsibility
- To be responsible for controlling the shifting workforce for accomplishment of new work, repair, maintenance and operation of engineering equipment and system, building fabric and decoration.
- Be responsible for implementation of policies, standards and procedures.
- Ensure the correct operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services.
- Provide technical support and advice as necessary and assist with the fault diagnosis.
- Assume responsibility for monitoring services, plant and building performance.
- Maintain Duty Log Book, and follow up with incomplete work immediately.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- To follow or transfer the tasks in details & report by record.
- To monitor the main work & arrange the inspection.
Qualifications
- Technical vocational institute or secondary education or above.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge and skills of M&E systems.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a 5-Star hotel as relevant position, preferably international hotels.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
