Executive Chef

The Murray Hong Kong

Responsibility

•    Provide strategic leadership and direction for all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
•    Conceptualize and develop innovative, competitive culinary offerings aligned with global trends and guest expectations
•    Collaborate closely with Restaurants, Bars, and Events Sales teams to curate exceptional dining and event experiences
•    Partner with the Marketing team to effectively position and promote our restaurants, bars, and banquet offerings
•    Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing food costs, and maximizing profitability
•    Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including LQA and HACCP guidelines
•    Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse culinary team while fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence

Qualifications

•    Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
•    Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to interpret market trends and implement strategic initiatives
•    Innovative mindset with a refined understanding of international culinary movements
•    Extensive international exposure and strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market
•    Experience in Michelin starred establishments is highly advantageous
•    Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
•    Knowledge of LQA and HACCP standards preferred
