Executive Chef

Responsibility
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service• Conceptualize and develop innovative, competitive culinary offerings aligned with global trends and guest expectations
• Collaborate closely with Restaurants, Bars, and Events Sales teams to curate exceptional dining and event experiences
• Partner with the Marketing team to effectively position and promote our restaurants, bars, and banquet offerings
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing food costs, and maximizing profitability
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including LQA and HACCP guidelines
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse culinary team while fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment• Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to interpret market trends and implement strategic initiatives
• Innovative mindset with a refined understanding of international culinary movements
• Extensive international exposure and strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market
• Experience in Michelin starred establishments is highly advantageous
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of LQA and HACCP standards preferred
