Responsibility
- Handle Sales & Marketing administrative work for Area Director Sales & Marketing in a confidential manner
- Handle external and internal calls for Area Director Sales & Marketing
- Maintain unkeep and improve office filing and tracing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ of relevant experience
- Work experience in Hospitality industry would be an advantage
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentable, organized and detail-minded
- Proactive, multi-tasked, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word-processing
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
