Responsibility

• Responsible for the cleanliness & maintenance of all guest rooms, guest corridors, and service areas, to ensure a clean, fresh, tidy accommodation and environment is provided to guests.
• Inspect & change room status to ensure clean & tidy room is ready to sell by Front Office to the guest.
• Provide supervision and training for colleagues to ensure the proper usage and care for the machine and chemical in order to protect hotel and guest’s property. Attend to guest requests & complaints to ensure professional and satisfactory service is provided according to hotel standards.
• Ensure that special cleaning program schedules are carried out within the time limit and that performance is up to the requested standard.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure amenity set up, mini bar replenishment, mini bar expired date inspection and orderliness of furniture are met with hotel standards and guidelines.
• Control amenity stock, store requisition, and linen stock to ensure enough supplies are provided and the expense budget is met.
• Report any irregular matters on the guest floor and handle all Lost & Found matters to ensure that safety and security are provided to guests, employee and hotel.
• To ensure good internal department communication, network, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Senior high school graduate.
• Room attendant experience in 4 & and 5-star hotels for a minimum of 2 years.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, speak fluent Mandarin and basic English.
