Front Office Manager

Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversees and manages all Front Office operations, ensuring efficient staffing, high occupancy, revenue optimization, and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Establishes policies, service standards, internal controls, and safety procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
  • Leads, trains, evaluates, and disciplines Front Office associates, ensuring professionalism, grooming standards, productivity, and succession planning.
  • Coordinates closely with senior management and other departments to address operational concerns, maximize room revenue, and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Monitors performance, financial results, guest feedback, and facilities conditions, taking corrective actions to continuously improve service and operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7–10 years of Front Office experience in a luxury or five-star hotel, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and training skills with the ability to enforce standards and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills, with sound judgment in handling complaints and emergencies.
  • Proven knowledge of Front Office operations, budgeting, revenue management, safety procedures, and hotel systems (PMS and related applications).
