Responsibility

• Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
• Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
• Embrace all the Forbes and WHM standards of Niccolo Hotels Global expectations and make sure these are all in place in the RB&E outlets. 
• Work closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
• Ensure that RB&E colleagues work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of  work through Teams?
• Greet customers and seat guests accordingly.
• Compute bill according to items consumed by guests.
• Present checks/ bill showing relevant consumption.
• Make change, cash checks, and issue receipts to guests.
• Record amounts received and prepare reports of transactions.
• Read and record totals shown on cash register tape and verify against cash on hand.
• Quote price and describe features of items for which money is received.
• Make necessary checks needed for specific function.
• Give cash refunds or issue credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise.
• Fully conversant with all aspects of the Infrasys System.
• Operate cash register by passing price coded items across electronic scanner to record price, compile printed list, and display cost of customer purchase, tax, and rebate on monitor screen.
• Verify cash received ensuring only genuine money been collected.
• Verify all credit cards presented by guest before to validity of the card.
• Strictly adhere to all policies and procedures issued by the Finance with regard to cashiering and cash handling.
• Report and explain any discrepancies in outlet checks, daily transactions and reports.
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all RB&E items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
• Support, demonstrate and reinforce the Niccolo Hotels Values and Culture Characteristics.
• Exercise responsible hostess behavior at all times and positively representing the Niccolo hotel
• Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Colleague Handbook and the hotel policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Respond to changes in the RB&E function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• University leaving or equivalent.
• 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Tactful with good interpersonal & communication skills.
