Hotel Manager
Maqo Changsha
Responsibility
- Take full control of the day to day operations for Maqo Changsha. Work with and develop the team to provide exceptional guest service, continually exceeding the highest possible standards whilst overseeing the smooth running of the hotel operation ensuring the hotel objectives are met and maintained at all times through maximising occupancy, revenue, and maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel.
- Responsible for the overall management of Maqo Changsha, optimize the customer experience, and lead the colleagues of all operation departments to achieve the hotel's goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with the team to ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times, demonstrate business acumen to deliver financial results.
- Prepare the budget and final account of the hotel around the hotel's profit targets and various tasks, and reasonably control the operating costs and various expenses.
- Direct all operational activities towards supporting the hotels goals - GOP, guest satisfaction, brand consistency and colleague engagement.
- According to market changes and development, formulate practical marketing strategy and organize the implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Management with International Hotels in China.
- Fluency in English.
- A strong understanding of the market and the ability to maximize profit.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great decision making and problems solving skills.
- Strong Leadership skills in managing a team to drive for results.
