IT Trainee

Responsibility
1. Assist with information technology support and troubleshooting ensuring the highest level of computer performance, efficiency and security.2. Meet with hotel staff/clients to ascertain/understand their needs and provide prompt and professional assistance and support.
3. Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
4. Conducts periodic tests and inspections to ensure all departments are complying with required procedures.
5. Identify training needs and recommend actions in order to resolve those needs.
6. Assist in the monitoring of all related hotel systems and ensure proper operation and condition.
7. Monitor inventory and supplies and ensure that replenishments are ordered in a timely manner. Report shortages immediately to supervisor.

Qualifications
1.Secondary school leaving or equivalent.2.Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
