Responsibility
- Answer all telephone calls to Housekeeping Office in a professional way
- Handle all guest's requests and inquiries up to hotel's service standard
- Reply all messages and order accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year's relevant working experience
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in computer literature including Excel and PowerPoint
