Responsibility

  • Answer all telephone calls to Housekeeping Office in a professional way
  • Handle all guest's requests and inquiries up to hotel's service standard
  • Reply all messages and order accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year's relevant working experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer literature including Excel and PowerPoint
