RB&E Kitchen Coordinator

Niccolo Chongqing

Responsibility

1.To render secretarial and clerical services to the Executive Chef and to the entire department as required.
2.Type reports, letters, and memorandum, circularize event order, forms and other communications and maintain files of it.
3.Take down and transcribe minutes of meetings and dictations. Draft routine or simple correspondence and memorandum for approval of superior. Translate documents as necessary and keep files up to date.
4.Answer and place telephone calls, handle inquiries, take messages and endorse to concern.
5.Receive, screen and refer office callers and visitors coming to appropriate personnel.
6.Arrange appointments for Director of F&B and remind on schedules and meetings.
7.Maintain adequate stock of necessary office supplies, initiate requisitions for approval.
8.Maintain adequate filing system for administrative files.
9.Prepare attendance sheets of F&B colleagues and submit them to Accounting.
10.Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

1.Junior college degree and above.
2.English level certificate is preferred
3.Minimum 1 year working experience in Food and Beverage department.
