Restaurant Manager - CUCINA

Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel

Responsibility

  • Overall responsible for the administration and operations of Cucina Restaurant.
  • Work closely with the Area Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events to develop strategic planning and business development while maintaining the reputation and ethos of the outlet.
  • Maintain consistency in the quality of food, beverage, service, and cleanliness of assigned sections.
  • Ensure effective communication within sections and with other departments.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for outlet colleagues to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, ensuring all setups are correct and attractive.
  • Foster colleague motivation and team building.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an international hotel or a high-quality individual restaurant.

  • Exposure in Forbes awarded restaurants is a definite advantage.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid knowledge in strategic planning, budgeting, profit and loss analysis, as well as marketing.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
